Hi, I’m Janet Jones. I work with individuals and couples who are looking for support. My focus includes • Relationship and intimacy challenges • Neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, AuDHD) and how it may be affecting your daily life and relationships. • Anxiety. I will help you understand your anxiety and explore its causes and triggers. You will learn coping strategies to reduce your anxiety level when overwhelmed, and build long-term practices to reduce the frequency, and intensity of your anxious episodes. I offer you a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can grow, and create the meaningful changes you have been looking for. My approach is evidence-based and neurodivergent-informed. I blend the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and CBT with compassion. I focus on helping you develop resilience, self-compassion and communication skills. I offer both evening and weekend sessions.
