Get to know your counsellor before you begin
Choosing the right counsellor is an important step in your healing journey. This free 30-minute online Meet & Greet session gives you the chance to ask questions, discuss what brings you to counselling, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
During this session, we’ll talk about your goals, scheduling, and what to expect from the counselling process. It’s also a great opportunity for couples or family members joining from different locations to connect together online before starting regular sessions.
Please note: this is an introduction session, no counselling or clinical work takes place. It’s simply a welcoming space to meet, learn more about my approach, and help you decide if you’d like to move forward with individual, couples, or family sessions.

Individual Counselling
Personalized support to help you heal, grow, and move forward
Individual counselling provides a safe, compassionate space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Each session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re working through stress, past trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth.
You can choose from 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour sessions depending on the depth of work you’d like to do:
1 Hour – Ideal for regular, consistent progress.
1.5 Hours – Provides extra time to explore complex topics or practise new tools without rushing.
2 Hours – Allows for deeper processing, reflection, and integration, especially helpful for trauma recovery, emotional regulation, or major life transitions.
With each option, you’ll leave feeling supported and equipped with practical steps to move forward.

Couples Counselling
Create space for meaningful connection and lasting change
A 2-hour couples session gives you and your partner time to slow down and truly engage in the work, without feeling rushed. You’ll have room to explore the deeper dynamics that shape your relationship, strengthen your emotional connection, and develop practical communication skills that last.
You’ll have time to:
Understand what drives conflict and distance
Communicate more effectively with support and structure
Rebuild trust and emotional safety
Work through deeper issues that shorter sessions often leave unfinished
I’ll guide both partners with compassion and neutrality, using evidence-based approaches incluging the Gottman Method to help you reconnect and rebuild.

Family Counselling

A 2-hour family session creates the time and space needed for real conversation and repair. Each family member has the opportunity to be heard, understood, and included in developing healthier patterns together.
